Trinoveon’s triScan service platform coordinates detection, staging and monitoring, and management of diabetic retinopathy based in a primary care environment. Diabetes care is typically provided in primary care offices, while diabetic retinopathy eye exams are conducted in eye care offices. However, only half of the 34 million Americans with Type II diabetes receive the recommended annual eye exam. Trinoveon is working to change this by making annual diabetic eye exams accessible via primary care physicians.
